Form Junction follows a privacy-first, temporary-processing design. This page summarizes how we handle your data.
Your email address (for OTP login), the form data you type in to generate a PDF, and any photo/signature/file you upload for that purpose.
Generated files and uploaded photos/signatures are processed temporarily and automatically cleaned up — by default within 24 hours. We do not permanently store the contents of the forms you fill.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share your form contents with third parties beyond what's needed to generate your PDF (e.g. temporary server processing).
Your name, email, subscription plan, and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active, so we can provide support and maintain your usage history.
