You're responsible for keeping access to your registered email secure, since login is OTP-based. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Free and paid plans include specific usage limits (forms/tools per period, file size). Exceeding your plan's limit may require an upgrade to continue.
While we aim for pixel-accurate field placement, you're responsible for reviewing any generated document before submitting it to an official authority — we're a form-filling convenience tool, not a government service.
Form Junction is provided "as is." We aren't liable for losses arising from incorrect data entry, third-party portal downtime, or issues outside our platform's control.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
